Access for all

Cattle Country has been designed to provide accessibility throughout the park. Whatever your requirements, we will do our best to meet them, so do get in touch before your visit or speak to a member of staff on arrival.

For families

  • Baby changing facilities can be found at the top of the park, in The Cowshed and in GRAZE Cafe where we also have a fully accessible family bathroom

  • We have seating throughout the park and designated picnic areas

  • Our cafe and Cowshed Indoor Play Barn provides high chairs and is wheelchair and pushchair accessible

For blind or partially-sighted visitors

We are only able to allow assistance dogs that have been trained or are being trained by a charity that is a member of Assistance Dogs UK, this is because they have been trained to perform certain tasks for their human partner and will have been thoroughly assessed to ensure they are not a risk to members of the public or other animals on our farm. No other dogs are permitted. Please notify a member of staff on arrival if you are an assistance dog owner as it may be necessary to limit access to some areas of the park where our animals might be unfamiliar with dogs, we hope you understand

For visitors with disabilities, limited mobility and wheelchair users

  • Persons registered as disabled are offered concessionary entry rates

  • Disabled Visitors requiring a Carer to assist them during their visit can purchase a £5 Carer ticket on arrival. Carer tickets cannot be purchased in advance online, and can only be purchased alongside an existing booking on presentation of one of the following documents; a valid Blue Badge, Disability Living Allowance or Personal Independence Payment letter, a letter from a GP or consultant confirming the need for a full-time carer. Documentation must be dated within the last 12 months. Carer tickets are always available to purchase on arrival.

  • Disabled parking is located close to the entrance and our car park is fully accessible

  • Disabled toilets are located at the top of the park, in The Cowshed and in GRAZE cafe

  • The majority of our paths are accessible, although some parts of the farm trail are on grass and gravel

Please see our accessibility guide for more information.
