Gift Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
Gift Tickets can be redeemed against Farm Park entry and this excludes themed events such as our Christmas and Fireworks event
Gift Ticket Vouchers are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class post within two working days, to the shipping address provided
You or the recipient will receive one Gift Ticket Voucher in a gold envelope, containing all of the tickets in your order. If you wish to buy Gift Tickets for more than one group please place separate orders
Gift Tickets are charged at peak entry rates so that they can be used at any time during the year, excluding our themed events such as our Christmas & Fireworks events
All Gifted visits must be booked online in advance via our online ticketing provider following the link above
The recipient must bring their Gift Ticket Voucher with them on the day. We cannot accept the order confirmation email as proof of purchase, sorry
Gift Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be extended beyond their original expiry date

From 30th September 2021 we no longer accept the old-style bright blue Free Entry tickets (with the old Cattle Country logo on) as since November 2020 these have been replaced with new Gift Tickets or Free Entry Tickets
