🐮 Your tickets include entry to the park from 10am.

👨‍👩‍👧 Each time slot is shared with other families waiting to see Father Christmas, so there will be a short queue at all times. Our Elves will do their best to stick to the timings stated, please be patient if Father Christmas falls a little behind schedule!

A few weeks before your visit, we’ll send you a reminder email to submit your Father Christmas personalisation details and book your Gingerbread Factory slot.

If you’d rather not personalise your visit that’s fine, you’ll still get a lovely visit and special gift.

We’ll be in touch about a month before your visit so you can book your Gingerbread Factory slot.

If you don’t pre-book, we can’t guarantee you’ll be able to take part so it is important you choose a time slot.

Also, a quick tip: we’re a big site, so it’s best to leave a bit of breathing room between your Father Christmas visit and your Gingerbread Factory time to avoid any festive dashes across the park.

🎁 If you would like your baby to meet Father Christmas and receive a gift, please book a child ticket.

Babes in arms are welcome to attend the event and to visit Father Christmas alongside their other siblings (who have child tickets) for free. In this case, please add a 'Baby' ticket to your booking.

No, we don't have a photographer in our Grottos but you are very welcome to take your own photos or enlist one of our elves to take some for you.

👷‍♀️ On occasion, a photographer will be on site to capture some magical moments for us to use in future event promotion. They will always be wearing high vis, please let them know if you'd prefer not to be included in promotional images.

The Cowshed, The Slide Barn, Outdoor Play , The Sand Barn, Jumping Pillows, Adventure Castle, Trampolines, Mini Golf and Marshmallow Toasting will all be open.

🐮 The Animal Barn and Farm Trail will be closed all day.

Lots of our activities take place outside, so while there are plenty of opportunities to warm up under cover, please dress for the weather. Warm clothes and sturdy footwear recommended.

Please have your tickets ready to display on your mobile device to speed up entry.

We are unable to offer refunds, but will be happy to convert your booking to standard Cattle Country tickets.

Please request this at least 7 days before your booking by emailing info@cattlecountry.co.uk, quoting your booking reference.

As a rule, we will not be able to swap your Grotto time slot on the day.

However, if you speak to a member of the team when you arrive, they will check availability for the rest of the day to see if they can help.

A free Carer ticket can be added to your booking on arrival on presentation of one of the following documents and your carer must be aged 18 or over.

• Access Card with a +1 symbol

• A letter from a GP or consultant confirming the need for a full-time carer, dated within the last 12 months
