*Returns in April 2025*
All of these activities are seasonal and close for a short time in winter. Please check out ‘What’s On Now’ page for details of what you can expect during your visit.
Always wash your hands!
The chance to get up close, touch and feed the animals that we keep is a very popular part of a day out to the Farm Park and we encourage our visitors to get stuck in!
It is however, very important that you follow a few simple guidelines to make sure that both you and the animals are kept healthy and well:
❌ NEVER feed our animals anything other than animal feed purchased from us - human food can make them very unwell
❌ NEVER eat or drink while in an animal area (this includes feeding babies and children)
✅ ALWAYS wash your hands with soap and water when leaving an animal area, after touching the animals and before eating or drinking
Risks to pregnant women: In order to protect their own health and that of their unborn child, women who are, or who may be, pregnant are advised to avoid close contact with livestock animals. This is because infectious organisms may be present in the birth fluids of animals; particularly sheep, cattle and goats. Please rest assured that these infections are uncommon, and the number of pregnancies affected is extremely small.
We always recommend regular hand washing for all of our visitors.
