Half Term Lambing

15th - 23rd February

As February half-term approaches, so does the promise of springtime on the farm.

Lambing season will be well underway, and the farm’s ewes will take up residence in the Animal Barn, where visitors are invited to meet the newest woolly arrivals and if they’re lucky, witness a birth.

Spring Favourites …

Lamb Bottle Feeding

Our Animal Care Team are offering the very special opportunity for a limited number of children to join the bottle feeding of our lambs.

As the lambs are on a controlled diet, tickets to take part are restricted and allocated on a first come first served basis.

Also this half-term:

Two HUGE Indoor Play Barns

Sand Barn

Jumping Pillows and Trampolines

Mini Golf

Ride on Tractors and Jeeps

Outdoor Play

We follow Gloucestershire school term dates.

Tickets are always cheapest when bought online before you travel.

  • Yes, we’d love to see you! But there are a few things you should be aware of before you come:

🐑 Infectious organisms (such as Toxoplasmosis) can be found in the birthing fluids of some livestock, particularly sheep, goats and cattle.

In order to protect their own health and that of their unborn child, women who are, or who may be pregnant, are advised to avoid close contact with livestock (for example handing new-born lambs, assisting in the birth of lambs or handling contaminated clothing).

Please rest assured that these infections are uncommon, and the number of pregnancies affected is extremely small. Advice from the Government can be found here, and the NHS here.

We recommend that pregnant women ❌ avoid touching our sheep, goats and cattle, and like all visitors, ✅ ensure they are washing their hands thoroughly with soap and water when they leave and animal contact area, before touching their faces and before eating or drinking.

  • Our Café and kiosks take card payments only.

Our Gift Shop accepts cash and our ride on Tractors & jeeps require £1 coins.

  • No, with the exception of assistance dogs, we do not permit dogs anywhere on site.

  • Sorry, we do don’t refund tickets because it’s raining.

We’d recommend that you bring wellies and waterproofs and make the most of the park - we have lots of sheltered areas and our indoor areas are all open. Please take a look at our T&Cs before booking.
