Cattle Country Party Information
Thank you for booking a party at Cattle Country Farm Park. We want you and your guests to have a great time with us here, so please take some time to familiarise yourself with this information before your party, it might also be useful to take a look at our Park Information & Terms & Conditions
Booking your party
When making your booking, please make sure you include siblings in your booking as they will count towards your total number of children. Supervising adults are not included in this number
Payment: Full payment is required to secure your chosen date
On the day
Host parking Please arrive 15 minutes before your party starts. If you’d like to drive to The Cowshed please enter via Car Park 1 and drive through the park (max speed 10mph, please keep your hazards on)
Guest parking Please park in Car Park 1 and wait at the Admissions hut for your Party Host at your party start time
Late arrivals If you are running late and the rest of the guests have already walked to The Cowshed please walk though the wooden gates and accompany your child to The Cowshed (see map). Please do not drop children in the Car Park and leave them unsupervised. Our team may not be in the office so please call your party host if you have any questions
Party finish The end time of your party is specified at the time of booking, we cannot extend your party if you or your guests arrive late
Clothing & Footwear
It is the responsibility of all visitors to ensure that they are dressed appropriately, wearing clothing appropriate for the activities on offer and which they do not mind getting damaged
Cattle Country Farm Park will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of clothing or other personal items. Personal possessions are brought into the park entirely at the owners’ risk
To avoid injury on slides, visitors should wear clothing that covers their back, thighs and upper arms
Clean socks must be worn at all times in The Cowshed and The Slide Barn. Cattle Country soft play socks are provided to all party guests
Please do not wear belts, jewellery or other sharp items of clothing that may cause damage to yourself, the equipment or other visitors
Safety & Supervision
Our Staff are here to supervise the party. The supervision of children is the responsibility of the party organiser and other adults attending. Children must be supervised at all times and Cattle Country cannot accept responsibility for personal injury or damage to clothing during your visit. Please refer to our general T&Cs
Our team will give a safety talk at the beginning of the Party – all attendees must be present for this
Please do not try to access areas of the park. Only The Cowshed is available to you unless specified otherwise
We do not allow the use of BBQs or other small electrical appliances such as kettles & slow cookers
We do not allow supervising adults to bring alcohol or cigarettes/e-cigarettes on site. Anyone caught with alcohol will be asked to leave and your party will end
Food & Drink
Our takeaway kiosk in The Cowshed will be open for people to purchase hot and cold drinks, snacks and ice creams
Food and drink must be consumed in the seating area and not on the play equipment. You will need to supply your own food, napkins, plates, and cutlery. We can supply squash and plastic cups, but you are welcome to provide your own if preferred
We do not allow the use of BBQs or other small electrical appliances such as kettles & slow cookers
Please use the Recycling and General Waste bins provided to clear up your rubbish during the evening
Other
With the exception of assistance dogs, dogs are not permitted in the park
There is a Bluetooth speaker for you to connect to if you wish to play music in The Cowshed
Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your event at least 14 days before it is due to take place, you are entitled to a full refund, minus a £25 administration fee. Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable.
